I've held technical leadership roles at banking, trading and technology firms. I also run my own consultancy focused on analytics and infrastructure. Earlier in life, I won gold at the Albanian Math Olympiad and bronze at the Balkan Math Olympiad, which probably explains why I gravitate toward problems where correctness matters.
More recently, I've been deep in generative AI, deep agents, governance, observability, cost management, and building systems you can actually trust in production.

How I write
The ideas and technical content here come from systems I've built and operated. I lean on AI as a sounding board and to help clean up drafts, the same way I might ask a colleague to review something. I'm disclosing this because I believe in transparency, not because the AI deserves a byline.
